Certificate in Pharmacy

A Certificate in Pharmacy, also known as a Certificate in Pharmacy Practice or a Certificate in Career Development in Pharmacy, is a short-term, specialized programme designed to provide foundational knowledge and practical skills in the pharmaceutical field. These programmes are often geared towards individuals looking to enter the field, those already working in pharmacies, or those seeking to enhance their skills.

Programme Objectives:

Provide knowledge and skills OR enhance already available vocational skill levels for safe and effective practice when working without direct supervision. Recognize and work within the limits of their competence. Upgrade knowledge and skills throughout their working life. Engage in appropriate learning and practice activities that maintain and develop their competence and performance.

Programme Duration:

6 months

Class schedules: :

Weekday batches: Monday to Thursday 0930 to 1630 Weekend batches (Part time): Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays from 0900 to 1800

Entry Requirements:

G.C.E Ordinary Level OR work experience with aptitude test.

Delivery mode:

Programme is delivered on campus as well online or on Hybrid (Physical and online). The practical training component is mandatory at a clinical setup. Our academic staff will assist you in various scenarios in attending practical studies in collaboration with healthcare facilities and other arrangements.
